Biggest Loser's Amercia
There's our America. There's Sarah Palin's America. And then of course there's the Amercia of "The Biggest Loser." It wasn't until later that I noticed the non-question of the next line, "In 1985, it was a size?" Looks like NBC may win top honors for most gaffes in the truncated first year of Cap'n Typo.

Associated Press Defeats Thursday Night
Remember how great you felt the first time you conquered Monday morning? Or the numb elation that crept over you when you and your high school buddies vanquished your first Saturday night? That's how the Portland Trailblazers must have felt last night when they beat not only the Phoenix Suns, but all of Thursday evening. And since it went out over the wire, you can find this one at the Sporting News, Fox Sports/MSN, and even the usually respectable Ottawa Sun. Thanks yet again to Pete, who must now be recognized as the official Cap'n Typo Sports Beat reporter.

KNBC's "Yes Yes" Proposition
Here's an oldie from an election of yore, courtesy of KNBC in Los Angeles. Talk about a "win win" proposal. Add it all up and the voters agree 100%--stop state funding!
